On Tuesday evening, Oct. 20th the moon was in its full First Quarter. Local photographer Dave Bell sent in this picture. "It is amazing how clear the moon can be in the fall on those calm, clear, cool nights. At 10PM the moon is 234,890 miles from earth. Now that is clarity!" – Dave.
