Weather Update, Wednesday, Nov. 18, 7:45AM: High Wind Warning is in effect until 5PM this afternoon for the Upper Green River Basin, including towns of Pinedale, Big Piney, LaBarge and Farson. Winds will increase this morning and continue into the afternoon today. Northwest winds of 30-40mph with gusts up to 60mph. High profile vehicles should use caution.
