The Casper Star Tribune posted an editorial on Sunday, Nov. 8 focusing on legislative bills currently in committee that would allow funding opportunities for health care providers in Wyoming. The Sublette County Rural Health Care District is mentioned in regard to their push to change state statute to allow rural health care districts the same borrowing power as hospital districts and the ability to add a hospital in Sublette County.
