The Pinedale Phillips-Edwards #47 of The American Legion is pleased to announce that Emmilee Eaton is the local Pinedale winner of the 2016 High School Oratorical Scholarship Contest earning a $200 scholarship. The local event was held at the Sublette County Library in Pinedale on Saturday, January 9th. She will now advance to the Wyoming District level. Competition then continues to State and National levels. Total winnings can reach $21,900. The next competition at the District level will be held in Rock Springs Archie Hay Post #24 on February 20th.
