Sunday, January 31, 2016, is the government’s deadline to force Americans to sign up for an Obamacare-approved health insurance plan. If you don’t sign up, there’s a $695 per person or 2.5% of household income fine. Some people don’t know about the approaching deadline, some people don’t care and aren’t bothering to find out anything about it, and others are deliberately refusing as an objection to Obamacare.
