Hey history buffs! Schwan's of Rock Springs Wyoming, Pinedale Online and KPIN 101.1 FM Radio have teamed up to do a fun little contest. Each Wednesday for the next 6 weeks we will put out a question asking something about Sublette County local history. The first person to come the closest to correctly answering the question will win that week's prize, which will be one of the delicious meals from the Schwan's Home Delivery Food line. That week's winner and the next history question of the contest will be announced the following Wednesday.
Pretty much everyone has seen the big yellow Schwan's truck around the county for years, but have you had a chance to try their delicious foods yet? We’re doing this contest as a fun way to find out more about their home delivery food services. No purchase is necessary to enter, but you must be 18 years of age or older and a resident of Sublette County to win, so Schwan's can deliver your prize to you here locally.
You can go online to schwans.com to see the Schwan’s complete food product line and we'll have catalogs available at the KPIN and Pinedale Online offices. The first question comes out on Wednesday, February 17th and the contest runs weekly with a new question each Wednesday until the end of March. In case you need help with the answer to that week’s question, we’re providing a "Clues" page with tidbits of history to help to find the answer.
