Weather Update, Friday, Feb. 19, 7:30AM: I-80 has reopened in eastern Wyoming, but has advisories out for No Light Trailer traffic. South Pass reopened. Very strong to damaging winds likely over a wide swath of Wyoming today and tonight. Wintery conditions with significant snow and blowing snow over the western mountains. The Upper Green River Valley should see mostly sunny skies with daytime temps in the 30sF through the weekend. Outside recreationists should dress in layers for warmth.
