Cliff Creek Fire update, Thursday, July 21, 2:40PM: Fire at 10,118 acres, 5% Containment. Evacuations for homeowners in Bondurant have been lifted. All homeowners can return to their residences. US 191 remains closed for public safety between Daniel Junction and Hoback Junction due to the wildfire in Hoback Canyon. An area closure is in effect in Hoback Canyon north of Bondurant, in Cliff Creek, Shoal Creek and Granite Creek areas. Mandatory evacuation order in effect for Kozy Campground, Granite Hot Springs, Granite Campground, Jack Pine Summer Homes, the Safari Club, and residents north of Bondurant. Travelers need to detour through Lander or Alpine to get to Jackson and Yellowstone National Park.
