Watermelon Man (David Rule) Photo by Karen Rule. Superhero Fun Run

The Pinedale Aquatic Center (PAC) launched National Park & Recreation month with a Super Hero Fun Run on Friday, July 1st. Participants were encouraged to wear their best super hero costume to ‘get moving together to launch a super powered month.’ Dogs, strollers, and non-motorized modes of transportation that were part of the super hero’s attire were welcome. The event was a 2.5 mile run that started and ended at the PAC. The winner was "Watermelon Man" (David Rule).
