Flag Half Staff Notice

Wyoming Governor Matthew H. Mead has ordered both the U.S. and State of Wyoming flags be flown at half-staff statewide from sunrise to sunset on Sunday, September 11, 2016 to honor those who lost their lives 15 years ago and to mark Patriot Day and the National Day of Service and Remembrance.
