9:00 a.m. Call to Order Pledge of Allegiance • Chairman Nelson will call the meeting to order, lead the Pledge of Allegiance, and request approval of the prior meeting minutes. Butch Penton, Road & Bridge Report • This report will include a review of all present maintenance work being performed, project updates, materials and equipment.
9:30 a.m. Ron Gordon, Waste Management • This report will include landfill, recycling, and Pinedale Transfer Station activities.

1:00 p.m. Planning and Zoning • Request for conditional use approval, pursuant to Chapter V of the Sublette County Zoning and Development Regulations; Naish Dog Dealings LLC, applicant. The application for a conditional use proposes a landing strip for rotor-craft operations (non-fixed wing aircraft) in the Light Industrial zoning district. The Sublette County Zoning and Development Regulations allow the establishment of an airport as a conditional use in the Light Industrial zoning district. Planning staff has interpreted land strip and airport to be interchangeable uses for the purpose of this application. The lot subject to the application for conditional use is located in Section 25, Township 33N, Range 109W and is generally described as Lot 6 of Airport Industrial Park Subdivision. • POSTPONED Request for conditional use approval, pursuant to Chapter V of the Sublette County Zoning and Development Regulations; Wilderness Church, applicant. The application for a conditional use proposes a public facility in the form of a church in Rural Residential zoning district. The Sublette County Zoning and Development Regulations allow the establishment of a public facility, with a church being defined as a public facility, as a conditional use in the Rural Residential zoning district. The lot subject to the application for conditional use is located in Section 4, Township 33N, Range 109W and is generally described as Lot 6 of Airport Industrial Park Subdivision. • Request Minor Subdivision approval, pursuant to Chapter V of the Sublette County Subdivision Resolution, entitled Minor Subdivision; Ilia Zavialov applicant. The application for Minor Subdivision proposes the creation of two 10 acre lots within the Rural Residential 10 zoning district from two separate, but adjacent 40 acre lots. The parcels subject to the application for Minor Subdivision are located in Section 4, Township 36N, Range 112W; generally described Tracts 7 and 10 and being accessed by Deer Haven Road. • POSTPONED Request for the partial vacation and amendment of an existing plat, pursuant to Chapter IV Section 4 of the Sublette County Subdivision resolution; entitled Vacations/Modifications to Filed Plats; Frank/Charlotte Sedey and Jason/Amber Hunzie applicants. The partial vacation and amended plat proposed is a reconfiguration of existing Lots 15 and 16 of Sargent Subdivision, owned by Frank and Charlotte Sedey and existing Lot 14 of Sargent Subdivision of Sargent Subdivision, owned by Jason and Amber Hunzie. The proposal attaches adjacent un-platted acreage with the Sedey and Hunzie lots, increasing the size of the Sedey lot(s) from 0.27 acres to 7 acres and the Hunzie lot from 0.14 to 10 acres. The lots subject to the application for a partial vacation and amended plat are located in Section 32, Township 37N, Range 111W; generally described as Lots 14, 15 and 16 of Sargent Subdivision and being located at 3 and 5 Forest Lane.
