Request for the partial vacation and amendment of an existing plat, pursuant to Chapter IV Section 4 of the Sublette County Subdivision resolution; entitled Vacations/Modifications to Filed Plats; Frank/Charlotte Sedey and Jason/Amber Hunzie applicants. The partial vacation and amended plat proposed is a reconfiguration of existing Lots 15 and 16 of Sargent Subdivision, owned by Frank and Charlotte Sedey and existing Lot 14 of Sargent Subdivision of Sargent Subdivision, owned by Jason and Amber Hunzie. The proposal attaches adjacent un-platted acreage with the Sedey and Hunzie lots, increasing the size of the Sedey lot(s) from 0.27 acres to 7 acres and the Hunzie lot from 0.14 to 10 acres. The lots subject to the application for a partial vacation and amended plat are located in Section 32, Township 37N, Range 111W; generally described as Lots 14, 15 and 16 of Sargent Subdivision and being located at 3 and 5 Forest Lane.
