Nordic ski trail grooming report – January 2, 2017

Monday, January 2, 9:50AM report: All trails above groomed this morning except for Heart Attack and Flatline. About 1" of new snow at White Pine. -10F in Surveyor Park this morning. Thank you to all the folks who are taking care of pet waste, shame on the ones who aren’t. Going to the CCC Ponds right now, then going to the Golf Course.
The Clubhouse at Rendezvous Meadows Golf Course is open and has food and restroom services. The Tap In Bar and Grill is open Tuesday through Sunday (closed Monday). Weekday hours are 10AM to closing (they will stay open as long as they have customers in the evening). Sunday open at noon. They have a limited but great winter menu of sandwiches (grilled turkey and chicken, BLT, Club, pork tenderloin…), steak sliders, burgers, appetizers, pasta dish, home-made fries. They also have a full bar. Dinner menu will start in the summer. After skiing or snowshoeing, come in and and try out the inside golf simulator. Cost is $20/hour on the simulator. It takes a couple of hours to play 18 holes. This is great for a group of friends get together and have fun golfing even during the Wyoming winter. Call ahead for your T time, 307-367-4252.
