* Request for the partial vacation and amendment of an existing plat, pursuant to Chapter IV Section 4 of the Sublette County Subdivision resolution; entitled Vacations/Modifications to Filed Plats; Edward and Jill Zoiss applicants. The partial vacation and amended plat proposed is a reconfiguration of the building envelopes for Lot 4 and Lot 5 as shown on the plat for Calico Trails Subdivision. The application for partial vacation and amended plat proposes combing the building envelopes for Lot 4 and Lot 5 of Calico Trails Subdivision so as to create a single building envelope for both lots. The lots subject to the application for a partial vacation and amended plat are located in Section 33, Township 35N, Range 110W; generally described as Lots 4 and 5 of Calico Trails Subdivision.
