* Request for conditional use approval, pursuant to Chapter V of the Sublette County Zoning and Development Regulations; Wilderness Church, applicant. The application for a conditional use proposes a public facility in the form of a church in Rural Residential zoning district. The Sublette County Zoning and Development Regulations allow the establishment of a public facility, with a church being defined as a public facility, as a conditional use in the Rural Residential zoning district. The lot subject to the application for conditional use is located in Section 4, Township 33N, Range 109W and is generally described as Lot 5 of Rocky Roads Subdivision and located at 33 Stone Trail.
