Death Notice: Carrie Whittaker

PINEDALE, WYOMING – June 15, 2017 – On Wednesday, June 14th, at approximately 5:30 PM Sublette County Sheriff’s Deputies and EMS personnel responded to a call of an unresponsive female at 549 West Washington Street in Pinedale. Upon arrival emergency personnel found a woman, identified as 65-year old Carrie Whittaker, of Pinedale, Wyoming unresponsive and cold to the touch. Ms. Whittaker was pronounced deceased at the scene. Close friends became concerned when they learned that Ms. Whittaker failed to show up at a residence Wednesday morning as planned. They went to check on Ms. Whittaker at her residence where she was found unresponsive. There is no indication of foul play.
The Sublette County Sheriff’s Office would like to extend our deepest condolences to Carrie’s family.
