Dave Bell spent July 24-29th in the Cook Lakes area of the Wind River Mountains with his 2nd annual Wind River Photography Expedition group. Bald Mountain Outfitters provided the support with horses, equipment, logistics and food. "This is an annual event which is truly a wonderful experience. The photography was amazing with changing weather conditions, water, snowfields, clouds – basically everything a photographer could wish for."
