The Sublette County Rural Health Care District (SCRHCD) invites residents to participate in a three (3) day strategic planning session as part of the Dougherty Mortgage/Neenan/BKD analysis being done for the Sublette County's Critical Access Hospital (CAH). This planning session will be coordinated and chaired by Michael Curtis of the Neenan Group.

The purpose of the planning session is to make sure Sublette County builds the right CAH to meet the needs of our county.

The data builds over the course of the three-day session. Therefore, if you desire and are able to participate, SCRHCD asks that you commit to participate in all three sessions which are scheduled as follows:

THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 7TH, 2017, from 1 pm to 5 pm at BOCES in Pinedale.

FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 8TH, 2017, from 8 am to 4 pm at BOCES in Pinedale.
Lunch provided.

SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 9TH, 2017, from 8 am to 4 pm at the Senior Center in Marbleton. Lunch provided.
