Green River: The Green River has been fishing solid this past week and the water is still dropping. Our colder nights have kept the water temp in good range and the fish are looking healthy. Fish are starting to hold in the deeper buckets, pools, and runs. They are looking up pretty good and hang a dropper off a big dry for some more action. Streamer fishing is spotty, but pulling a few bigger fish off the banks or off the bottom of a pool. The Upper Green above Warren Bridge is the best dry fly fishing and below Warren Bridge is fishing best with dry--droppers rigs. The season is coming to an end soon, so call 2 Rivers at 307-367-4131.
New Fork: The New Fork is been fishing good from town to airport section. Fish the middle of the river with the depth is there and banks when they are fishy looking. Fish are starting to find their 'low-water' spots. Dry dropper rigs are working best and you have to get them out in front of the boat!
Dry Fly of the Week: Purple PMX Float of the Week: Hatchery to Daniel Streamer of the Week: Black and Small Nymph of the Week: The Worm is still best! Best Place to Eat: Hit up the Burgers at Los Cabos!!
