Original post October 15, 2017 | Updated October 21, 2017 The cold weather and snow has started to cause pronghorn to move out of the high elevation locations down the valley for their fall southern migration down the Upper Green River Valley. More and more animals can be seen crossing the Trappers Point Wildlife Overpass. The best way to see them up close is by going to the webcam at www.trapperspoint.com. This camera is on an automated patrol and pans in four directions every three minutes. Camera administrators will go on at times and move the camera to follow a herd more closely. There are many videos on the website showing animals crossing both spring and fall. |
