In response to input received from the public, the Wyoming Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ) is implementing a plan to improve communication durinsg the 2018 Winter Ozone Season (January – March). Every other week throughout the Winter Ozone Season, the DEQ will be communicating on topics relating to ozone and the Upper Green River Basin. They have posted another video on YouTube as their Communication 3.

Episode #3 features Cara Keslar, Monitoring Section Supervisor, explaining how the AQD's Monitoring Section functions during Winter Ozone Season, as well as how the public can use WyVisNet as a resource to review air quality data. AQRM Program Manager Darla Potter also provides a general update for the 2018 season.
