Update, Friday March 9: Reginald Chillingsworth spotted sandhill cranes on the New Fork River down by Paradise Road. Now we're looking for robins and hummingbirds.
(Thursday, March 8th) Mindi Crabb reports she just saw her first Mountain Bluebird today. "Didn’t get a great shot of it, but they are here!" And her neighbor, Charlett Blankenship saw a red winged blackbird just up Pole Creek Road this afternoon as well.
The Trappers Point Wildlife Overpass webcam caught the first large group of pronghorn going north across the overpass on Friday, March 2nd.
Nordic ski trail groomer Mike Looney reported that the deer have started migrating up through the CCC Ponds area between Pinedale and Fremont Lake.
