Main Street Pinedale offers grants to people with property that is zoned commercial in the town of Pinedale. Façade grant money is available for exterior building improvements. This includes anything on the exterior that is attached or a part of the building, such as paint, trim, new siding, windows, awnings, signage, roof, foundations. The façade grant program has been Main Street Pinedale’s core program since 2011. To date they have given out 22 grants totaling more than $27,000.
