Thunderstorm over Pinedale
July 10, 2018

An afternoon thunderstorm over Pinedale on Tuesday, July 10th brought a torrential downpour and dime-size hail. Cars pulled over and lined up along the side of the highway during the deluge of ice chunks from the sky that covered everything in white. One motorcyclist was able to duck under cover at the gas pumps at Obo’s for shelter.

Temperatures have climbed into the 90s this past week. Someone reported a Facebook post from a person living in Texas who said ‘we heard it was 93 in Pinedale this week – aren’t they lucky it’s so cool there!’
