On Sunday, Oct. 7 by Wyoming Governor Matt Mead October 5, 2018 Governor Matthew H. Mead, pursuant to President Donald Trump's Proclamation issued today (Friday, Oct. 5, 2018), has ordered both the U.S. and State of Wyoming flag be flown at half-staff statewide from sunrise until sunset on Sunday, October 7, 2018, in honor of the National Fallen Firefighters Memorial. |
