Ski Swap and Warren Miller Film Nov. 3

The Sublette County Ski & Snowboard Association will host two events on Saturday, November 3rd. The first is their annual Ski Swap, which will be from 7:30 to noon in the Lovatt Room of the Sublette County Library in Pinedale. Don’t miss out on the great deals on skis, snowboards and winter gear. Come early to get the cream of the crop. 7:30am $5 entry. (Free with a membership card. Cards can be purchased at the Great Outdoor Shop and at door) Starting at 8am it’s free entry. Get $$$ for gear you no longer need. Drop gear off November 2nd 4-6pm at the Lovatt Room.
Later that evening, at 6PM, the Ski Club will show the Warren Miller film "Face of Winter." This is the 69th installment from Warren Miller Entertainment presented by Volkswagen. Watch as the world’s best skiers and riders cover ground in some of the most legendary destinations. Visit some of Warren’s favorite locations from Switzerland to Chamonix, British Columbia to Alaska, Chile, Iceland, New Zealand and more. Tickets are $5 with a SCSSA membership card. $10 without. Tickets and membership cards will be available at the door. Membership cards are also available at the Great Outdoor Shop. Beer, pop and pizza will be served.
