Follow up on Motions and assignments from 2 October 2018 special meeting and any additional motions needed to move these items forward (Motions might include selection of a mediator, contract with Cypress Healthcare, etc.).
1. Mediation with USDA including report from Laura on availability and interest of Cypress Healthcare – Tony Pfaff to consult with District on: 1) mediation and 2) Clinic operations during construction and Hospital post-construction.
2. BKD analysis of 7% loan interest rate
3. Resolutions from three Towns
4. Agreement with Town of Pinedale for future construction of Garrison Drive
5. RHF to provide USDA an outline of their fund-raising plans
