Friday, Nov. 30 is Opening Day for White Pine Ski Area. The ski area will be open Fridays through Sundays through the winter season from 9AM to 4PM for winter sports. They will be opening daily from Friday December 21st to Monday January 7th. Both lifts run from 9am to 4pm and the tubing hill is open from noon to 4pm.

They offer alpine skiing, snowboarding, tubing, and a ski school. White Pine Ski Area has 25 runs for downhill skiing and snowboarding and is adjacent to 35K of looping Nordic ski trails for all skill levels. Food services and ski equipment rental available.

They are located on Fortification Mountain just 10 miles from Pinedale. They operate under permit with the Bridger-Teton National Forest.

White Pine offers cabin lodging that can accommodate up to six people next to the ski area ($200-$275/night, minimum 2-3 night stay).
