Leslie Hagenstein talk on ‘Acclimatization’ on Sept. 17

Have you or anyone you know ever said, "Man it’s hard to breath at this altitude?" Leslie Hagenstein, Prophase International, will be presenting "Acclimatization: Tools for the Journey" on September 17th at 6:30 pm at The Garage Gym in Pinedale.
Preparation for a high-altitude hike, hunt or sojourn in the mountains is key to a successful journey. Learn about how to recognize and treat the symptoms of high-altitude illnesses including acute mountain sickness, high altitude pulmonary edema and high altitude global amnesia, the most common ailments seen in hikers coming out of the Wind River Mountains Sublette County.
