PUBLIC NOTICE: There is a scheduled power outage on Thursday, December 5th, 2019, from 8 AM to 4 PM for the Barger Subdivision near Boulder, Wyoming. Workers will be installing new lines into the new wellhouse. The High Meadow Ranch Water District advises residents in the area that with this power outage, it is highly possible to have a water outage as well. Please be prepared for this outage and have water available and plenty of blankets at your home. Please let your neighbors know of this outage as well. The High Meadow Ranch Water District services the water needs for the Barger Subdivision in Boulder, Wyoming.
