MORTGAGE AND RENT ASSISTANCE
IF UNABLE TO PAY YOUR MORTGAGE OR RENT
Reach out to your lender (the company where you send your monthly payments) as soon as possible to let them know about your current circumstances. The lender’s telephone number, mailing address and your loan number will be listed on your monthly mortgage statement.
Sublette County bankers urge you to contact them as they have lots of loan assistance programs for small businesses, mortgage holders, auto loans and consumer loans.
If unable to pay your rent, inform your landlord as soon as possible. They have access to all of the above mortgage assistance programs.
