Grocery and retail store guidance for social distancing

Many stores are making efforts to enhance social distancing while remaining open. The Wyoming Department of Health recommends these guidelines for businesses open to provide goods and services:
Don’t Work Sick - Workers must STAY HOME when feeling sick. - Sick workers should be sent home and call their healthcare provider.
Promote Hygiene Use best hygiene practices including: - Cover coughs and sneezes - Wash hands often with soap & water for at least 20 seconds
Space - Limit crowding & encourage social distancing - Workers and patrons should remain 6 feet apart, wherever possible - Use floor stickers & signage
Alternative Shopping - Offer or enhance alternative shopping methods, including online shopping, curbside pickup & delivery options
Disinfectants - Offer disinfectants for carts, handles or touch pads. - Station alcohol-based sanitizer throughout the store.
Increase Cleaning - Clean & sanitize as much as possible
Proper Equipment - Grocery store and retail workers do not need to wear face masks
Suspend Events - Suspend food sampling, in-store events, and community solicitation until further notice
