Sublette COVID-19 update April 13

The Sublette COVID-19 Group held another update on Monday, April 13th on the status in Sublette County. Click on this link to view the recorded video on the Sublette County Sheriff’s Office Facebook page.
Highlights:
- Sublette County has had only 1 confirmed COVID-19 case, who is now recovered.
- Health officials believe there are 2 more probable cases in the county. 1 person is under quarantine and six more have been asked to self-isolate.
- There are no reports of community spread of coronavirus in Sublette County so far.
- People are asked to wear face masks when they go out in situations where they cannot keep the recommended six foot distance between others.
- Ridley’s grocery store has some new traffic flow directions shoppers are asked to follow.
- Sublette County Public Health is still open and seeing patients even though the doors are locked. Call for service.
- If anyone has concerns about anyone in the community who might not be getting help they need, please either call Public Health or the Clinics.
- The local clinics are starting a reach-out program and will be calling people they know might be high risk just to check on them.
- Health officials do not know when they will get a test for coronavirus antibodies.
- Stay tuned to official sources for information. There is a lot of misinformation being spread on social media. Just use trusted sources for your news.
- Everyone is doing a great job. Please continue to do the self-isolating. Financial help is available to small businesses. Volunteers are available to help anyone in need.
- The Sublette COVID-19 team will continue to do updates on Monday, Wednesday and Fridays at 11:30AM to keep everyone informed.
