A tanker truck rolled off US 189/191 on Sunday, June 7th, closing the highway between Bondurant to Hoback Junction for about 11 hours. Even though the truck was off the roadway, the highway was closed to traffic both directions for safety reasons until another tanker truck could be brought in to off-load the contents of the overturned tanker. Unconfirmed reports of a passersby before the road was closed said it smelled like gasoline. According to the passerby, police said everyone was safe. There were heavy wet snow flurries in the area around the time of the accident.
