Sublette County Fair July 22-25

Sublette County Fair events will take place for 2020 from Monday, July 13th through Sunday, July 26th. Due to the uncertainty caused by the coronavirus pandemic, a fair book was not printed this year. The fair book, entry forms, and entry information can be viewed online at www.sublettecountyfair.com. Residents of Sublette County should receive a brochure in the mail listing more information about this year’s fair.
All events take place at the Sublette County Fairgrounds located north of Marbleton at the junction of US 189 and Hwy 351. Special precautions will be in place for COVID-19. Visitors and participants are asked to social distance and practice all the recommended hygiene good practices to reduce risk of coronavirus exposure to the community during this event.
Highlights of the Fair include:
Wednesday, July 22: Pig Wrestling, 7:00PM
Thursday, July 23: Little Buckaroo Rodeo, 7:00PM
Friday, July 24: Live Music Concert - Josh Abbott Band, with special guest Kyle Park, 7:00PM
Saturday, July 25: Livestock Sale, 1:30PM
Saturday, July 25: Horse Pulls, 7:00PM
The feature live music concert will be on Friday night at 7:00PM with the Josh Abbott Band and special guest Kyle Park. Tickets are on sale now online.
Other events and entertainment include 4-H & FFA events and livestock shows, cat and dog shows, petting zoo, vendors, locally made exhibits, archery shoot, free state music, Strong Man, Play with Gravity Stunt Show, miniature golf, Sports Zone, mechanical bull, Laser Maze, Lander Trail wagon tour, cornhole tournament, Lanky the Clown, The Linfords, Jared Rogerson.
Special efforts are being made to curb juvenile and underage drinking at the fair, with new policy changes in place. There will be no coolers allowed at any event. All alcohol products on the fairgrounds must be secured when not attended. No glass bottles are allowed on the fairgrounds. No alcohol is allowed in any building while 4-H or FFA events are being held. Only alcohol purchased from authorized vendors are allowed during the concert.
