Halloween Candy Scavenger Hunt at the Museum in Pinedale Oct. 31
October 5, 2020
History is everywhere. Even in candy! Bring your little ghosts and goblins in costume up to the Museum of the Mountain Man on Halloween, Saturday, October 31st for a candy scavenger hunt. Come up anytime at your convenience during the day from 9AM to 5PM. Families admitted free with kids in costume. Children must be accompanied by an adult. Social distancing is encouraged and have fun getting creative with incorporating masks into costumes as you see fit.
Get a scavenger hunt card from the front desk and go through the Museum following the clues to find the candy cards. When you’re done collecting all the cards, take the completed scavenger hunt card to the front desk to claim your candy bag. There is even a bonus question for a rock candy. Keep the candy and keep all the cards that tell the interesting history of each of the candies that are so familiar to us today.
Saturday, October 31st, is the last open day of the summer season for the Museum of the Mountain Man. They are open daily 7 days a week through October from 9AM to 5PM. Over the winter they are open by appointment. For more information call 307-367-4101 or go online to www.mmmuseum.com
