St. John’s Health withdraws from Hospital District management partnership RFP

The Sublette County Hospital District reported receiving a letter from St. John’s Health in Jackson, Wyoming saying they are withdrawing from the management partnership opportunity with the Hospital District. Their Chief Executive Officer, William Wagnon, said for the short-term they feel they need to dedicate their resources to their top initiatives and recovering from the strain to their staff and resources from the COVID-19 pandemic. The Sublette County Hospital District said they look forward to continuing their relationship with St. John’s and do not anticipate any changes in the affiliation or services that will be offered by St. John’s in Sublette County.
Other facilities what submitted a management proposal include Star Valley Health and Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center (IRMAC).
The Sublette County Hospital District Board will hold their next meeting at 6:00PM on Wednesday, March 17th, in the Lovatt Room of the Pinedale Library.
