2021 Battle of the Badges Photo courtesy SCSO

Despite a couple day’s delay due to rain, the 2021 Battle of the Badges was finally held on Thursday, August 26th. This year’s event pitted the Sublette County Sheriff’s Office and Wyoming Highway Patrol (blue) against Sublette County Unified Fire and Sublette EMS (red) in flag football at Gene Andrews Stadium in Pinedale. The event raised over $2100 for Deputy Ty Huffman and his medical treatments and care in his battle with cancer. Blue came out victorious in the end.
