There is little information out in the official public releases that talk about early preventative measures people can take for the covid virus and variants. We found a paper that discusses suggestions for early treatment options people can do at home, that can be done within the first five days of symptom onset, or preferably at symptom onset. These are treatments that work to stop the virus from replicating early on to stop the production of spike protein, and therefore minimize the inflammation and clotting that are so dangerous to patients with compromised health conditions that put them at risk. These are suggestions that can be added to people’s personal choices which include wearing face masks, vaccine options, and following official heath department recommendations.

There are five main parts of early treatment:
1. Vitamins/Supplements/Mouth & Nasal Washes (over the counter).
2. Anti-virals to stop viral replication (prescription)
3. Antibiotics to prevent secondary bacterial infection (prescription)
4. Anti-inflammatory drugs to alleviate inflammation (prescription except for one)
5. Anti-coagulants to prevent clotting (prescription except for aspirin)
