St. Andrews in the Pines Blessing of the Animals Nov. 14

St. Andrews in the Pines church in Pinedale will hold their Blessing of the Animals on Sunday, November 14th. There will be two Blessing services. The first at 9AM during the Sunday morning Eucharist and the second at 1PM in the backyard beside Pine Creek. Please have your animals under physical control (no depending on voice commands please), either confined in crates or on leads or leashes. All are welcome to bring their animal(s) to be blessed. You do not have to be a member of St. Andrew’s or any church, nor does your animal. Animals unable to attend may also receive a blessing in absentia. The Blessing of the Animals service is a celebration of the life of St. Francis of Assisi, best known as the patron saint of animals.
