Streetside parking ordinances in effect

Did you know that winter streetside parking ordinances went into effect on November 1st?
In order to aid snowplows and town workers with snow removal over the winter, we wanted to remind residents in the three incorporated towns of Pinedale, Big Piney, and Marbleton that there are Town Ordinances regulating winter parking on streets when it snows.
Failure to remove your vehicle can result in a fine and/or having your vehicle towed at your expense. As well, please keep trash cans, toys, campers, parked cars and other things out of the streets to allow for safe movement of snow removal equipment.
It is also your responsibility to clean snow and ice from the sidewalks in front of your property or business. If you have any questions about the Ordinances, you can call your Town Hall or speak to a Deputy.
