by Town of Pinedale
December 16, 2022
PUBLIC NOTICE: The Town of Pinedale reminds everyone that snow cannot be shoveled or pushed into the streets or right-of-ways. If snow is from your personal property, it needs to stay on your property. If snow is in the right-of-way, then it can be pushed to the nearest existing snow pile, with no leftover tailings or clumps of snow in the street, within the right-of-way. Please check the Sublette County GIS for personal property lines vs. rights-of-way or call the Pinedale Town Hall. Please remember that it is the responsibility of the owner/occupant of residential and commercial properties to clear the sidewalks of snow and ice. Snow Removal Contractors, please be aware that when plowing snow, it must be pushed completely off the streets with minimal snow left in the street. Driving on the sidewalk to plow snow in anything larger than an ATV is not allowed. Call the Pinedale Town Hall with any questions or concerns, 307-367-4136.
