Bald Eagle over Fremont Lake Photo by Dave Bell

Dave Bell posted a new album of photos from an outing watching a bald eagle fishing on Fremont Lake on Christmas Eve day. He watched as the eagle harassed four Trumpeter Swans trying to enjoy swimming in the lake. Apparently the eagle wanted the territory all to itself to swoop down to try and catch a fish. The swans tired of having their swim disturbed and flew away, giving the bald eagle the lake to itself.
