Sage & Snow Garden Club and Sublette BOCES are sponsoring a Greenhouse/Hoop House Workshop on Saturday, February 25th in Pinedale. Local experts from Sublette County will share tips about the different types of greenhouses and hoop houses, tips on installing an irrigation system, how to heat and cool for success, about raised beds and containers, the best soil mixes and fertilizers, which plants do best in an indoor setting, and how to control insect pests and diseases. A handout with workshop highlights will be distributed to participants. The Workshop will be from 9AM—4PM in the Sublette BOCES board room in Pinedale. Participants must register in advance with BOCES, www.subletteboces.com There is a $20 registration fee for this workshop. Lunch is on your own--bring a sack lunch.
