To hear two subdivision applications

Public Notice Per §400-23 of the Town of Pinedale Municipal Code, notice is hereby given that the Town of Pinedale Town Council will hold a public hearing on Monday, February 27, 2023, at 5 p.m. in the Lovatt Room of the Sublette County Library, 155 S Tyler Avenue, Pinedale, WY 82941.
The purpose of the hearing is to discuss the following:
A subdivision application submitted by Jorgensen Associates on behalf of Wind River Resorts Pinedale, LLC, regarding the Wind River Resorts SubdivisionA subdivision application submitted by Rio Verde Engineering on behalf of Jason Moyes regarding Bloomfield Addition, Block 6 and Block 9
Both subdivision applications also have public hearings scheduled prior to this date before the Planning and Zoning Commission. This posting will be updated with recommendations from Planning and Zoning pending their respective meetings.
The public hearing before Town Council will allow for input regarding each subdivision application, and all persons interested in the proposed action are invited to appear and express their views. Written statements may be submitted to the Town of Pinedale no later than 2 p.m. on the day of the hearing.
