Town of Pinedale

The Town of Pinedale is seeking bids for a one-time cleaning of the building located at 205 Entertainment Lane.

The contractor shall clean all interior windows and window sills, dust all furniture, vacuum and clean all carpets, clean and seal all tile floors, wash walls, and sanitize all bathrooms.

Interested parties shall submit a written bid in a sealed envelope to the Town Clerk at 69 Pinedale South Road by 4 p.m. on Monday, March 13, 2023. Proposals must include evidence of liability insurance, work experience, and pricing.

The Town will conduct a walk through at the location at 10 a.m. on March 13, 2023.
