Bob Rule, KPIN 101.1 FM radio, sent in this photo of a giant crane lifting the beginning metal support structures for the county’s new Critical Access Hospital and skilled nursing facility being built in Pinedale. It is expected to be completed in the spring of 2025. This photo was taken Wednesday, November 27th.
