2024 Health Fair

Sublette County Public Health is hosting our community health fair on Friday, September 20th from 12 noon to 6:00PM at Rendezvous Pointe. The medical community is coming together to share their knowledge/skills in an effort to better your health and expand awareness for local/state resources.

Offerings at this year¡¯s health fair:
¡ñ Visit with a physician from Sublette County Health.
¡ñ Have your A1C level checked by Public Health ($10 donation to Lions Club requested).
¡ñ Get your blood pressure checked.
¡ñ Stroll through an inflatable colon¨Ccourtesy of WY Cancer Program.
¡ñ Check your balance with a physical therapist.
¡ñ Drop off all your unused/expired medications to the Drug Take Back Program.
¡ñ Learn more about all the resources available for residents of Sublette County.
¡ñ Enter to win door prizes. Play some games.
¡ñ Much, much more!
