More private emails and web surfing to be scanned by government

NBCNews.com posted an article saying the U.S. Government plans to expand a cybersecurity program that scans web traffic of more private sector and civilian-run employees as a precaution against espionage threats, hacking attempts and threats of cyber attacks. ‘Targeted entities’ are people with security clearances working at big banks, utilities and transportation companies that are determined to be ‘key providers’ for the country’s infrastructure.
