The Sublette County Recreation Board is seeking bids for weekly lawn care/maintenance at the Shelter Park Playground and bathroom facility. The Boards objective is to maintain safe and clean conditions from May to October.

Scope and specifications:
Bids will be accepted on or before February 11, 2019 by email. Please email bids to betty.cheeney@gmail.com.

Maintenance would include weekly mowing and trimming of the entire park and playground area. Twice weekly cleaning and stocking of the bathroom facility at the playground. General cleanup of park and playground/bathroom facility on an as needed basis.

The bid shall be submitted in the form of a monthly rate for services. Questions pertaining to the bid should be directed to Betty Cheeney at betty.cheeney@gmail.com.

The Sublette County Recreation Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids without further obligation and to accept any bid deemed in the best interest of the Sublette County Recreation Board. The Sublette County Recreation Board does not bind itself in any way to accept the low bid. Submittal of bid does not guarantee contract for services.
